New ‘Tangled Ever After’ Clip

Walt Disney Pictures has premiered this second clip from their upcoming short film ‘Tangled Ever After.’ The short is a follow-up to Disney’s surprisingly excellent 2010 hit animated feature, ‘Tangled.’ It will premiere before the theatrical release of ‘Beauty and the Beast 3D’, beginning January 13th in the US. ‘Tangled Ever After’ will spotlight the royal wedding of Rapunzel (Mandy Moore) and Flynn Rider – a.k.a Eugene – (Zachary Levi). By popular demand, directors Nathan Greno and Byron Howard are bringing back some of Disney’s most beloved characters when “Tangled Ever After” picks up where “Tangled” left off. The Kingdom is in a festive mood as everyone gathers for the royal wedding of Rapunzel and Flynn. However, when Pascal and Maximus, as flower chameleon and ring bearer, respectively, lose the gold bands, a frenzied search and recovery mission gets underway. As the desperate duo tries to find the rings before anyone discovers that they’re missing, they leave behind a trail of comical chaos that includes flying lanterns, a flock of doves, a wine barrel barricade and a very sticky finale. Will Maximus and Pascal save the day and make it to the church in time? And will they ever get Flynn’s nose right?

“Tangled Ever After” is the perfect accompaniment to “Beauty and the Beast”, which is returning to the big screen in Disney Digital 3D™ and introducing a whole new generation to the Disney classic with stunning new 3D imagery. Beauty and the Beast was nominated for six Academy Awards®, winning Oscars® for Best Song, by the renowned Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, and Best Original Score (Menken).

Thanks to a secret santa I have captures of ‘Beacuse I Said So’…

The movie focuses on Daphne (Diane Keaton), the loving but over-bearing mother of three girls, and her daughters, in particular Milly (Mandy Moore). Her other daughters Maggie (Lauren Graham) and Mae (Piper Perabo) are happily married but Milly has recently broken up with her boyfriend, and Daphne is concerned.

‘Tangled Ever After’ Clip

The Tangled Saga will continue this month with the release of the short film Tangled Ever After. The story takes place on Rapunzel (Mandy Moore) and Flynn’s (Zachary Levi) wedding day, but their animal pals/ring-bearers have to go on a frantic search when they accidently lose the rings. I’m all for any movie that brings us more of Maximus the Horse.

Mandy Moore Movie Mania – 8 films to see

1.”The Princess Diaries” (2001) – Moore is the evil-ish foil to Mia Thermopolis, the character that made Anne Hathaway. I like this movie. I have seen it more than once. I still don’t understand how it became a minor kids’ classic.

2.”A Walk to Remember” (2002) – As I’ve mentioned before, this fits the boy meets girl, girl meets death formula. As always, she goes nobly and, as always, he is left a better man because of her. Sigh.

3.”How to Deal” (2003) – Nothing can please a die-hard romantic more than seeing a jaded cynic fall in love.

4.”Saved!” (2004) – It’s always so satisfying to see the self-righteous get their comeuppance, as occurs in this movie. Moore plays the same kind of character Bynes plays in “The Easy A,” only much better. You know the type. She’s thinking, “I want to save your soul. I hate you, but I just want to save your soul.”

5.”Chasing Liberty” (2004) — Moore plays the U.S. President’s daughter, determined to kick up her heels in Europe, including at German’s Love Parade (though not the one where hundreds were injured and 21 died in 2010.) It’s a love story between her and the guy assigned to keep her out of trouble.

6.”Dedication” (2007) – Haven’t seen this one, but IMDB describes it with the three magic words: romance, comedy, drama.

7.”Because I Said So” (2007) – Fun, but not great. It sports a good cast, including Gabriel Macht, cousin to one of my editors at work. Someday, Chick Flick Guy will get an interview.

8.”Love, Wedding, Marriage” (2011) – Another one I think I would enjoy, but something (like the fact that it came out this year and I don’t remember hearing about it) tells me it’s not that good.

After Tangled blew both critics and the box office away with great songs, comedy, and crisp animation, Disney has decided to bring them back in an all new animated short that is to debut in front of Beauty and the Beast 3D. The new animated short will bring back Tangled directors Nathan Greno and Byron Howard along with Mandy Moore and Zachery Levi and will pick up right where audiences left our beloved characters.

‘Greys Anatomy’ Update

Over a year ago Mandy appeared on Greys Anatomy for 4 Episodes.

Her character went into the hopital for a simple operation, go caught in a massive hospital shooting and never got operated on, she returned in the next season for the operation.
